First make a backup of your MixW2.ini file so you can go back if something goes wrong. Then undock one of the windows and move it to the right side of the waterfall. The right edge of the waterfall will automatically move to the left to accomodate the other window. If it doesn't do this immediately, just change the zoom factor to another setting and then go back to the original.
