Brad, I agree with your view. If the waterfall on the left was resized it would have a heavy line down the edge like the top and bottom and the left edge will not move. One would need to undock the waterfall to resize just as Pat has done with the log, CAT bar and World map. The waterfall will not undock. I think one would need to hack the software to make the waterfall resize on either right or left edge. Yes one can make the waterfall have more or less area by grabbing the top edge and drag it up or down.
