Today, our lives have become so busy that there seems to be
hardly any time for us to devote to basic daily activities like
sleep. This does definitely sound funny, but it remains a fact!
We have populated our daily routine with so many activities that
both our body and mind are unable to cope with such high

Sleep Is Indispensable For All

Sleep, like food and water, is an essential requirement in our
lives. If you deprive your system of a good night's sleep, then
you are inviting trouble.

Here are some of the Pro's/Con's of a good night sleep:

 * Goes a long way in determining how you look and feel
 * Enables us to be more alert and energetic
 * Helps you to concentrate on your work, irrespective of whether
it is office, school, or home.
 * When you sleep well, your body as well as your mind is
refreshed, removing all signs of tiredness and keeping you lively
and full of zest.

Con's

your system becomes tired in the daytime, forcing you to take
naps. But overall, this is not all that good for your body
because this process will become almost an unavoidable and a
regular one too. Imagine sitting in front of your computer at
office and dozing! Is this practically possible? Never.

Lack of sleep makes you more irritant and you are more likely to
forget things

You can enhance your health and thereby your overall appearance
by getting a good night's sleep. Even though researchers are
