See TERMS OF REPRINT to the end of the article. Article Description: If I had a dollar for everyone who ever said "But my business is different, this won't work for me" I'd be a very wealthy man. And of course, everyone's situation is different... every prospect is different...and every product or service is different. But there are more similarities between us than you think. And of course, everyone's situation is different... every prospect is different...and every product or service is different. But there are more similarities between us than you think. Now there's a rule in copywriting which says if you want to prove a point, then you should always show rather than simply tell. So let's play a little game. Try answering these questions as I ask them... 1. Stop reading right now and hold up three fingers on your writing hand 2. Think of a piece of furniture 3. Now think of a flower (and don't change your mind) 4. Think of a number in between one and ten. 5. And think of a colour. Ok, now for the answers... 1. 96% of people hold up all three middle fingers (and not the thumb and little finger) 2. There's a 33% chance a chair jumped into your mind 3.. There's a 50% chance you thought of a rose 4. There's a 25% chance you thought of seven 5. With over a dozen choices to choose from, there's 60% odds you chose red. Interesting, isn't it? Or at least I thought it was when I did this exercise yesterday. I answered question number 1, 4 and 5 exactly as outined above. So what's my point? My point, quite simply, is that there are a tremendous amount of similarities between all of us. And there is a lot of similarities between all of our prospects too - what they want, how they will react to various offers, etc. is very similar no matter what industry you sell too. So take a moment right now to stand up, and knock that sales killing critter that's sitting on your shoulders and saying "But your business is different. This doesn't apply to you" and then go and check out http://www.morecustomersmadeeasy.com/ and find out how you can start getting more customers, no matter what business you are in. --------------------------------------------------------------------- For quick results, you'll want to get your hands on this leading direct response copywriter's ebook "7 Ways To Get More Customers" at http://www.copywritingthatsells.com.au/ Scott Bywater shows you how to get all the customers you need in just 60 days.
