You just need to translate texts in the file 'texts_pt.txt'. Edit the file in utf-8 encoding. You may use 'texts_en.txt' as an inspiration. If there are local variants use pt_BR identifier in the beginning of the line. You could perhaps also add pt_PT variants. This translates all texts in the map output. If you would like, it's possible to translate also the user interface of XTherion, providing translations in 'xtexts_pt.txt' file, but that's much more work. If you send the translation, it'll be compiled in the next release.
