There are two very strange things in your scraps: 1. the pillar (hole in the map) should have wall -outline in . It is strange it works without it in your case, but correct is add option - outine in
2. you drew two scraps from two separated parts (20101106_2_p1, 20101106_4_p1. Correct way is to name each part as separate scrap. Very important it is in second case where each part belong to different level.
