OK, my fault this time! I had copied various .top files off my PDA onto the computer for the cave. I missed off the .top file which contained the main cave centreline which all my other .top files are attached onto. This results in the invalid therion export from PocketTopo.
If I put my .top file in a folder on it's own and then open it in PocketTopo then the export file is correct. But when in a folder with other .top files which do not connect with the one I am exporting the therion format txt file from then if messes it up. Footleg
