[Therion] File and folder names in cyrillic

Thanks for the advice. I just checked the Locale to make sure, but it is
set to Bulgaria.
I doubt that setting to US or something else will help either.


Maybe therion is not compiled with Unicode support and the characters don't
get passed correctly.

need to tweak around your windows system locale settings. Usually it is
done via control panel item "Language" -> Change date, time or number
formats -> Location Tab, select Bulgaria there. I hope it will help.
