I doubt that I will be able to fix it and recompile Therion myself, so I
guess I'll use latin only for the moment
Probably it is related not only to the filenames, becase I see such
characters distorted also in the therion compile log. Those come from team
member names and other objects which I have to write in cyrillic. Luckily,
the output in the PDFs is correct.

Filenames on Windows is 8-bit encoded but Therion assumes a filesystem
has UTF-8 encoded filenames (as on Linux it is). On Windows for proper
results the Therion should internally convert filenames to 8-bit
codepage with default locale.

I doubt that setting to US or something else will help either.
Maybe therion is not compiled with Unicode support and the characters
don't get passed correctly.
