A bit not understand the reason: "Removed map colour option. It should be 
defined in layout, not source…“

It is right in case how exported map is colored in layout command when it is a 
general colorization. 

But to define color independently on other parameters for each scrap is 
logically in source. Instead one should list particular scraps in layout and 
define color for each one. It is not practical I think. Instead I’ll define 
another <map_with_user_colored_scraps_for_particular_reason> and export it.
