I use this always to show only fixed or painted station symbols, but I don't think I have ever had luck with combined control of both underground and surface stations. I think you are wanting selective labelling, which is a bit more of a refinement. Your labels will show up in Loch as they are entered now, but the trick is to get them into a pdf map.
