Xtherion does not calculate the coordinates of the sketch and places it incorrectly in Google Earth.
Sounds like your scraps may be missing the station points. Therion sometimes manages to muddle through when they are all missing, for generating a PDF, but it cannot cope when generating "map" KML.
I assume you have already specified the correct coordinate system ("cs") and fixed the survey ("fix"), since your lines seem to be correct.
