Wow.  These guys are going to get sooooo sued, and rightly so.  It seems like 
in order to 'fingerprint' each song, the song will have to at least pass 
through thier servers, meaning they are highly contibuting to infringement, and 
not just being a free directory like bittorrent.  Even with the fingerprinting, 
their argument is "we'll only allow you to infringe once!"  I guess they will 
have in their usuers agreements that sellers 'promise' to delete the songs they 
sell from their hardrives - yeah, right.
