That is a good analysis. Now that I've finished Final Crisis #7, I have a few other things to add that might alienate readers of Final Crisis.
First off, what the hell was this comic book about? After the first few pages of #7, the rest of the comic makes no sense AT ALL! It's a bunch of random scenes thrown together. It's like someone cut up a bunch of Bronze Age comics, took random panels, and stitched them together to form this comic. WTF! So was Final Crisis un-done at the end? Did billions of people die? Or were they somehow saved by ... hell, I don't know. Anyone got any idea? I'm seriously confused and frankly don't care that much anymore.
