:(   I tried all that and no luck.  The Device Manager lists it as
"Generic USB Hub".  Whenever I plug a device in to the hub, a pop-up
appears saying, "The device can perform faster.  This USB device can
perform faster if you connect it to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port."

Any other thoughts?  I appreciate your help so far.
