The thing that pisses me off most is that books companies want to charge more than $10 for a freaking e-book. Are you kidding? There's almost no distribution cost. If they sell 1 copy a month, that would almost pay for the hosting. I know Amazon is subsiding their shitty reader, but that's Amazon, not the publisher. A lot of people pay more than that for Hardbacks that just come out, etc. But they can't expect a digital format to command the same premium as a physical format.
