I think the arrogance and intentional misinformation is the biggest issue.
Products have problems; it's how you deal with them that makes or breaks
you. Just like Dell issuing motherboards with capacitors they knew were
going to fail (I think the stated failure rate was 97%) and denying it,
Apple's obvious lying to customers won't sit well. I guess when you sell
almost 2 million units before your product is even out it goes to your
head.
