Okay. It seems we all can agree to disagree on the best Doctor Who companion. So, lets start a discussion and post our favorite companion but broken out with classic Doctor Who in one list, 1963-2004, and the modern Doctor Who in the other, 2005-Present.
Starting with modern, from most favorite to least favorite for me: 1. Captain Jack 2. Martha 3. Rose 4. River Song 4. Mickie 5. Donna 6. Rory 7. Amy Of course, there are a few in that list that were not constant companions (i.e. Captain Jack) but I thought it still necessary to list them as they were assistance in more than two episodes. Classic series only encompasses the Tom Baker and Peter Davidson years for me as those are the only classic episodes I watched, from most favorite to least: 1. Romana 1 & 2 2. K-9 3. Harry 4.
