I'm definitely in the market for a tablet, but like you I'm just not
quite 100% satisfied with the current offering (read: iPad).

The Slate looks very interesting.  Its definitely the one I've got my
eye on.  When the iPad gets a camera and FaceTime, it too will start
looking a lot more attractive.

Should be fun to watch what's coming next.
