They had an ad during the show that said you could preorder the first season and they showed the box, so I thought they were jumping on the merchandising thing pretty quickly myself (which I thought was good for them).

As for the piracy, what the hell were they thinking? Something that popular needs to capitalized on quickly, TV shows tend to have a short shelf life of widespread popularity.
