good point...and to that point, if Netflix wants to increase thier users who are streaming online (and they appear to...) Shouldn't they then invest in improvements in the internet and its deliverability to consumers? I suppose that this could be considered a 'moral' argumemt, however, if it gets NetFlix more customers and with those customers bring more revenue, then it is a matter of practicality vs moral right-doing.
