I think the big contender to the iPAD will end up being the Kindle Scribe. If Amazon plays their cards right they will have a cheap device, at a good screen size point. They will also be running a fully customized version of Android.
Amazon has the ecosystem to match apple. Between their cloud service for music and well the Kindle. It should be interesting. What has to change eventually is the commodity of Apple. With Apple there is always this perception of design, cutting edge, ease of use and a cult. Until Amazon and the Android has that large of a following we won't see the iPAD get over thrown. Just like no one android enabled phone is able to overthrow the iPhone in terms of sales. If you accumulated all the android phones together the out do the iPhone in terms of market share.
