I think you might have missed something in your reading, Van. Transformers is #106 on the All Time Adjusted list. I was using Box Office Mojo's adjusted list; you can get a pretty decent conversion for International Gross numbers by putting the amount through the Inflation Calculator -- http://www.westegg.com/inflation/
Now, I missed Dead Man's Chest when I was looking at the list last night, but Black Pearl still beats out At World's End and whatever the other one was (which didn't place on BOM's list). Inflation of ticket prices is getting out of hand, which is not surprising when one considers the spiralling cost of both filmmaking and film exhibition in the wake of all of the factors which go into it also increasing at sharp rates due to inflation, regulation, and other outside influences. BTW, corrected for inflation Iron Man outdrew Iron Man 2. :) Of course I liked them both but that's neither here nor there.
