Actually I mis-typed that. I meant that DCU Presents is not going to be one of the ones cancelled.
The 4 new titles all start with #0, and the 4 cancelled titles end with #12. DCU Presents is going to have a #0, hence it would seem that it is not being cancelled, unless DCUP #0 is a "last hurrah" sort of book. The solicits should make all of this clear soon enough.
