At this point I will try any book Dan DiDio writes. I have not read a story he has written that I didn't dig. His Aquaman short from the Holiday Special, then Outsiders, then OMAC; I have enjoyed them all. I have never read Amythest but I have heard very good thingd about it from a source I trust (Adama). I am not sure if the new Beowulf will be related to the classic DC Beowulf, but I'm intrigued enough to give Sword of Sorcery a look. (The classic DC Beowulf is bat-spit insane awesome.) Unfortunately my monthly take of books continues to swell...
