I suppose I can understand that, to an extent: handwriting is slow, typing
is faster, and a computer offers so many opportunities for distraction. But
there are digital word processors out there that would do the same, for far
less that the model they're showing.

And as for industries lagging behind in tech, one of our big presses
requires a 1MB 3.5 disk. It takes several years for it to go through a box
of 10, but reordering is becoming tougher and the press won't run without
it. (Granted, many think offset presses are near-obsolete, too.)
