Yeah, because Apple NEVER forces their users to use only their approved
apps or voids your warranty if you want to get an app that isn't approved
and jailbreak your iphone...and even if they could have prosecuted folks
who would jailbeak their (Apple's, not the consumer's) iphones...I'm sure
they never actually would have.
