http://nerdbastards.com/2012/10/12/daredevil-officially-home-under-the-marvel-studios-banner/ Evidently the deal to "trade" Galactus for Daredevil was never reached, and the Man Without Fear is back under the control of Disney/Marvel Studios. I have never been a fan of Daredevil. I think this is why I like the Ben Affleck movie, because the nit-picky stuff didn't really stand out to me like it would a more involved fan. That having been said I have read the first two issues of the new Mark Waid series and very much enjoyed them, enough to keep reading it for the time being. Marvel Studio's film schedule is pretty full at the moment with Iron Man 3, Thor 2, Cap 2, Ant-Man, and Avengers 2. I think there is a chance to insert Daredevil in the form of Matt Murdock into any of the solo films save Thor (perhaps defending Tony Stark or Eric O'Grady in court, or preparing legal documents for Steve Rogers), and then bring in Daredevil proper in Avengers. I would not make him a full fledged Avenger, but an ally. Maybe he uncovers the first parts of a much larger scheme and works with the team to take down the Big Bad. What do you folks think? Do you like Daredevil being back under the Marvel Studios banner and potentially part of the Marvel cinematic Universe?
