I can't remember the brand I used cause it's been so many years but what
you will want to look for is RCA to USB and with video editing software
included. The device I had allowed me to plug the RCA connectors into the
VCR then to the USB connection on my PC. Then using the software to see the
video source and record the feed. It was very time consuming but it was
well worth it.
