I think you would need to start Ultron off over in Ant-Man as Hank Pym's 
new AI robot project, and then make him the big bad in Avengers 3.  You can 
even bring in the Vision as Ultron's creation/servant who develops freewill 
and defects to the side of the angels.  
 
OH!  I got it now!  Hank Pym creates Ultron, who evolves into the badass he 
is.  Ultron then creates Jocasta based on Janet Van Dyne and then creates 
Vision as his "son" to complete the family!  Cue dramatic scenes of Vision 
turning away from his "family" and cradling the "dying" form of his "mother 
" before delivering the final blow to his "father," phasing through his 
impenatrable armor and destroying him from the inside.  WWWYKI.
 
I'm with Shag on blue for Quicksilver -- the green and red of Pietro and 
Wanda would look a little too Christmasy on film, but blue and red is 
solid.
