I've never been a big fan of Thanos, and think they might have gone to that well a little early. Like, where do you go from there? Wow, they just fought a universe-destroying monster, what happens next? A robot. Oh. In an ideal world, it might have gone, Alien invasion in Part 1, Family business (Ultron) in Part 2, then Cosmic Amazement in Part 3 But, they've done almost everything right so far (though I still don't understand the "I'm always angry" business with The Hulk), so I trust them. They've earned our trust with a giant stack of entertaining films.
