Considering The Doctor seemed to keep getting younger, I was a bit concerned they'd tap an actual teenager for the next regeneration and that we'd have some sort of Doogie Howser meets Mother-May-I dynamic going on with the companion. For that reason alone I'm cool with The Doctor aging a bit this next go 'round.
