This stinks. Making the process of getting digital comics harder isn't necessarily a wise move to me; the only thing I can guess is that they don't want to part with Apple's required 30% fee for in-app purchases. Amazon does the same with Kindle books, so I assume Comixology's new owner is the source of the change.
