Hi all. This is my first posting. I am hoping to lose 7 pounds, weight I've gained in college. I am having trouble fasting lately because I keep thinking about food, and then I see the stuff my roommates buy in the kitchen and I give in and pig out. I need some self-control. Stef, for cramps, try a heating pad, laying on your stomach, or doing stretches. I had bad ones today too! I will try to join you on your fast. -Jane
