::::: the thin page email list

Why is it that I can be doing so good and then a friend decides to eat and I want the 
food?  I was going good until now...today I had cucumbers and vinegar for lunch, which 
has NO calories and then someone mentions pizza and I go out and get a meatball and 
breadstick!!  Thats 350 unnecessary calories.  Thats all I can eat for the day now!  
UGH!!!

Question.....If I stay under 400 calories everyday, how long will it take me do you 
think to loose 10-15 pounds?  If I dont eat at all I can drop 8 pounds in a week and a 
half....so how abou this way does anyone know???
