::::: the thin page email list
I drink Fruitworks, everyday for lunch, so people think I'm eating alot..it's loaded with vitamin C, and other vitamins, and it's 200 calories for the bottle, which I drink. Then, in solid food, I try to keep it under 300 solid food, and if I take a stackers 2, I can go lower than that. Question, just the general consensus: Do I count the calories of the juice daily? I use Diet Power in the computer. I log everything in there I eat.
