I came up with a triggering idea, called Ana A-Z, and I got a small notebook, and A-Z dividers, and notebook paper and I was going to list, in alphabetical order, like, under S, Scales, the thing that sits in my basement, that I use more than I use my most favorite MAC eye shadow color: Seedy Pearl. Like under T-Trigering songs..."I Am" by Eminem-doesn't have to be about Anorexia to trigger...Anywya, what are your definitions I can include? If I make it into a file, I'll type it on my Blog, and send you the link, so you guys can have it to. It's a process...as I work on it, I'll try to type it into here, or my blog. YOu guys can have a copy too.
