autumn... i don't know if you got this or not, but susan made this spreadsheet that you can enter your weight and the calories you eat and burn exercising, and it'll tell you what your metabolism is and how long it will take you to lose the weight. check it out... i found it quite helpful. (you'll need excel to view it though)
