We are having the same problem with roughly the same index block, except we are using the immediate delta.
Delta just wont react, does not appear in logs or anything. Commenting out the attributes from the index block does help though! We have tried commenting out all the attributes (rebuilding indexes) and then the delta suddenly starts working and appears in logs. I've tried uncommenting the attributes one by one, but could not determine a consistent pattern.
