I'm not sure if this would work but it's worth a try. Make sure that the TS plugin is loaded after the browser cms plugin. You can look at http://ryandaigle.com/articles/2007/9/24/what-s-new-in-edge-rails-specify-plugin-load-order to specify the load order.
