Hi all, We're trying to let users download their searches.
In app, we're fine to paginate results up to 1000 items, but on the download, we need to get the id's of all matching results. The total number of items in the search index, and that are downloadable is around 150k increasing max_matches to 150k in both the sphinx.yml and download search query arguments allows us to get all the ids *but* at a huge cost to query time for normal in app searches (searches go from 1-2s to around 10s) despite setting max_matches in our non-download in-app queries to 1k. It seems like max_matches in the sphinx.yml is setting the pace of all queries, regardless of how low max_matches is specified in the actual search call arguments - is this normal behaviour? Tks!
