What would cause one side of screen to flicker? T40p After opening the lid and resuming from sleep, the right side of the screen flickers. It is quick enough that it appears only the icons flicker; I do not see the background go black. It is not at a steady interval, but a few flickers grouped together at random intervals; it has stopped flickering for a few minutes now. Moving the screen does not recreate it. It has not been dropped or otherwise disturbed recently.
Does this neccesarily indicate a hardware issue? Is it likely to be a connector/wiring issue or the screen itself?
