What's the 7-character model number of your T41? 237?-??? Chances are, you only have "b" if it's not switching to "g" automatically...

Tried to set up a new profile on the T41 but did not find that adapter speed selection option, although the HELP topic for TV AC Profile setup shows it as an option.
