Ah, you're right. I have tinkered with it, and I'm not sure I like it -- it 
means I can't send immediately if the note hasn't "aged" enough. (I may be able 
to with another Send/Receive group; will tinker with that next.)

Anyway, thanks -- I use Outlook pretty heavily, categories, rules galore, etc., 
but had never experimented with this!

We now return you to your regularly scheduled ThinkPad list.

I don't think we're talking about the same thing. It sounds like you turned
off the automatic send, so that you usually get a little time before the
next send/receive session, do I understand that correctly? As you noted,
that doesn't always work because the next send/receive could be coming up
momentarily.
