[Thinkpad] MS .Net three installed versions, delete older?

Doing some cleanup, I find that I have .Net v1.1 (with no size shown)  v2.0 and 
v.3.0.  All beyond 1.1 were installed as updates, not manually downloaded. 
 
Should I get rid of the first two? Or all 3 and reinstall?  I want to clean up 
before saving a new disk image and xferring onto a new disk.
