You will need to call them with shown model number and listed price. I order my t500 few months ago and they couldn't tell me more about it because of the original model number as CTO. I lucked out that it came with camera, fingerprint reader and 2gb intel memory.
Ezserve will give you a run around when calling about your refurb thinkpad. Just politely remind them that your refurb thinkpad is still under ezserve warranty and if it doesn't take you anywhere, just ask to speak to a line supervisor. ......
