A couple of reviews of the T400s:

The latter has a good photo of the keyboard, and the layout does
not look that bad to me, at least compared to the T60 I was viewing
it on at the time.  It just looks like the Escape and Delete keys
are now "double high."  What is probably of more interest is how
the new keys' dimensions affect the function key row and the keys
used for document navigation (Home, End, PgUp, PgDn).
