Probably needs a new Inverter.  Less than $30... $9.99 in some markets.

If you do it yourself, worth repairing.  Not all that difficult, if you can
find the replacement screw covers or make your own.  Is it worth the $165
labor charge and $49 parts charge to have somebody else do it?  You decide
