There is a UK regular on Bill Morrow's forum (thinkpads.com) who does
reflow/reball. I can't remember his name, but you should have a look there
(I think he contributes to the T series forums).

Hi,
I think my T40 is suffering from the dreaded 'loose GPU' problem and needs
a reflow.
I've read all the posts and looked at all the videos on youtube but before
testing my virtuosity with the hot air gun I thought I'd ask if anyone
knows of anywhere in the UK I could get the job done.
