Hardware between T30 and T40 is VERY different. You are likely to encounter
blue screens if you directly swap the drives.

Hello,?
?

I am currently swapping a hard disk drive running Microsoft Windows Vista?

Ultimate Edition between a T60 and a T61p without any ill effects. I have?

been asked to re-register the operating system a couple of times, which I?

did without any problems.?
?

It may be different between these two models and the operating system you?

are running, though.?
